Child Safety Standards

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse & exploitation

Last updated: July 2026

glup is an adults-only (18+) platform for real-life social connection. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards describe how we prohibit, prevent, detect, and report such conduct — in line with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.

1. Adults only (18+)

glup is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not permit anyone under 18 to create an account or use the service. Any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor is removed.

2. Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate, permanent account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
  • Sexualization of, or sexually explicit contact with, minors.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or enticement of a minor.
  • Trafficking, exploitation, or endangerment of a minor.
  • Content that promotes, normalizes, or facilitates any of the above.

3. Prevention & detection

We enforce our 18+ requirement at sign-up, offer optional identity verification (Singpass), and moderate user-generated content — profiles, chat, and Local Picks — for policy violations. We act on both user reports and proactive signals. Confirmed violations lead to account termination and device- or identity-level blocks where available.

4. Reporting & response

Every user can report and block other users and content directly in the app. Reports involving child safety are prioritized. You can also contact us directly at support@gluesq.com with “CHILD SAFETY” in the subject line.

When we identify apparent CSAM or CSAE, we remove it, preserve relevant evidence, terminate the responsible account, and report to the appropriate authorities — including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement — as required by law.

5. Legal compliance

These standards align with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and applicable child-protection laws in the jurisdictions where glup operates. We review and update them as our product and legal obligations evolve.

6. Child safety point of contact

Dedicated child-safety contact: support@gluesq.com. We treat credible child-safety reports as a priority.
