Pick the tier whose Venue Connect capacity matches your venue's busiest hour. If you regularly host 30 customers at a time, Counter (50) is plenty. If your venue runs 80+ on a Saturday night, choose Growth (100). For high-density events, recurring 100+ crowds, or chains running multiple venues simultaneously, Enterprise covers you. Yes — these are separate accounts. Many of our hosts run a personal account for sessions and a business account for picks/venues. Use different emails so the dashboards stay clean.

Full access to your chosen tier free for your first month. You check out with your card through Stripe, but nothing is charged until the trial ends — and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost. Your picks and rooms stay in your dashboard throughout.

Yes, anytime. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle so you don't lose paid time. Annual prepay can be moved to a higher annual tier at any point with credit transferred.

Self-service from your dashboard, anytime. Monthly subscriptions stop at the end of the current cycle. Annual prepay is refundable on a prorated basis within the first 30 days; after day 30 it runs to the renewal date and won't auto-renew if you cancel. Your data is exportable for 90 days post-cancellation.

Every annual subscription includes one 90-day free pause per year. Your picks and rooms freeze (no new exposure, no charges resume) and snap back exactly as they were when you reactivate. Use it from your dashboard — no email needed.
